Isabel is the heart of Dive Boutique Cozumel. She keeps the boutique running like clockwork—managing inventory, organizing the team, and making sure everyone’s where they need to be (and doing what they’re supposed to!). You’ll find her on the sales floor helping guests, behind the scenes making things happen, or stepping in wherever she’s needed. With her sharp eye for detail and natural knack for organization, nothing slips past her. Basically, if it needs doing, Isabel’s already on it. She’s the glue that holds it all together.

If you’ve rented gear from us or joined one of our guided shore dives, chances are you’ve already met Ramon. He’s the one making sure your equipment is in perfect condition and your dive is smooth, safe, and full of fun. As our Equipment Manager and resident PADI Divemaster, Ramon is always ready to help—whether it’s setting up your gear, showing you the best underwater spots, or helping you pick out a cool souvenir in the boutique. He’s friendly, dependable, and always has a smile (and probably a good joke) ready!

Rosie is usually the first smile you’ll see when you walk through the door—and she’s got plenty to share. She keeps the sales floor looking great, makes sure our products are beautifully displayed, and helps every guest feel right at home. Whether you’re picking out a souvenir or just browsing, Rosie’s warm energy and helpful attitude make the boutique a fun place to be. Friendly, cheerful, and always ready to lend a hand, Rosie adds a little extra sunshine to everyone’s day.

If you’re learning to dive or trying scuba for the first time, you’ll probably meet Gael. He’s a PADI Instructor with endless patience and a talent for making people feel comfortable in the water. Whether he’s leading a Discover Scuba Dive or teaching a certification course, Gael keeps things calm, safe, and fun. He’s also full of great dive stories—and loves to share them between bubbles. Easygoing, supportive, and always ready to help you fall in love with diving, Gael’s the kind of instructor everyone hopes for.
