Refund and Cancellation Policy

The information below details our Refund and Cancellation Policy for online bookings and direct purchases at our store.

Our trips depart at 08:00 and 1:00 pm. We ask that you please be at our store at least 20 minutes before your departure time if you need to be fitted for equipment or complete the required Liability Release. If you are meeting us at Marina Fonatur, please arrive 10 minutes before departure.

General Refund Policy:

Diving - Cozumel Dive Academy will issue a full refund for cancellations received at least 24 hours before any trip (snorkeling or diving). If you do not show up for your dives, there will be no refund.

Cancellations due to bad weather - When dives are canceled due to weather conditions and port closures, we will offer to reschedule your missed dives or issue you a full refund.

Courses – If the PADI eLearning course has been redeemed with PADI, we will issue you a refund for the course cost minus the deposit. If your eLearning has not been activated with PADI, you will receive a full refund on your course. Once you have started your course with us, there will be no refunds.

Our Commitment to You

Cozumel Dive Academy will do everything possible to resolve any disputes. So please give us a chance to solve any conflive by addressing them before you return home. This will provide us with the best possible way to serve you and see you again in the future.
